Hajji Mullah Maulvi Abdul Rauf is a Taliban politician.[1]
He was the Taliban's last Governor of Konar Province.[2]
In 2003 CNN quoted Mullah Abdul Rauf on the formation of a new Taliban leadership structure.[3] Abdul Rauf was, in 2003, serving as a Taliban spokesman.[4]
